Win10升级2004版本卡在49%不动解决办法

故障图如下：

解决方法一：

等待，在网络情况正常的话，多等一会，时间过长比如2个小时或以上再看看方法二。

解决方法二：

1、同时按Win + X键，点选Windows PowerShell（管理成员）
